The apartment is located in the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), requiring a fee for each entry made from Monday to Friday between 7:30 AM and 7:30 PM. The ticket can be purchased online, at affiliated parking facilities, or at any tobacconist, by providing the license plate number. The nearest parking is Garage 2000 Moscova/Brera in Via Statuto N. 21 open 24 hours.

Check-in time

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you can take advantage of our free luggage storage, available 7 days a week, near the Duomo area.

Check-out time

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need luggage storage after check-out, you can also make use of our free service, available 7 days a week, again in the Duomo area.

Upon Your Arrival

Between 48 and 24 hours before your arrival, our team will send you a message with all the necessary information for your stay. You will be asked to: 1. Confirm your arrival time. 2. Complete the registration and pre-check-in through a dedicated link. This procedure is essential to receive the instructions and video for accessing the apartment, allowing for a fully independent check-in. To avoid any issues, it is crucial to complete the form no later than the day before your arrival. This ensures a seamless and hassle-free check-in experience.

In apartments with check-in in person, our staff will welcome you in person and help you access the apartment.

In some of our flats, we offer the convenience of a code access system which allows you to check in independently and without having to wait for our staff.
