Absolutely, by booking directly through our website you will have access to exclusive discounts, special offers and priority on specific requests regarding your stay.

Upon Your Arrival

Between 48 and 24 hours before your arrival, our team will send you a message with all the necessary information for your stay. You will be asked to: 1. Confirm your arrival time. 2. Complete the registration and pre-check-in through a dedicated link. This procedure is essential to receive the instructions and video for accessing the apartment, allowing for a fully independent check-in. To avoid any issues, it is crucial to complete the form no later than the day before your arrival. This ensures a seamless and hassle-free check-in experience.

In apartments with check-in in person, our staff will welcome you in person and help you access the apartment.

In some of our flats, we offer the convenience of a code access system which allows you to check in independently and without having to wait for our staff.

You will receive all necessary access instructions via email 24 hours before your arrival, including self check-in details if applicable.

You may check in early, please contact us to verify whether our property is available.

Your Stay

We provide an exclusive luggage storage, completely free of charge and operating daily from 9 am to 6 pm. The service is available both before check-in and after check-out. Please feel free to contact us for more details.
