The apartment is located in the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), requiring a fee for each entry made from Monday to Friday between 7:30 AM and 7:30 PM. The ticket can be purchased online, at affiliated parking facilities, or at any tobacconist by providing the license plate number. The nearest parking facility is Autosilo Diaz, located at Piazza Armando Diaz no. 6, where you can take advantage of a special rate by paying directly on-site.

Check-in time

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you can take advantage of our free luggage storage, available 7 days a week, near the Duomo area.

Check-out time

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need luggage storage after check-out, you can also make use of our free service, available 7 days a week, again in the Duomo area.

Upon Your Arrival

Between 48 and 24 hours before your arrival, our team will send you a message with all the necessary information for your stay. You will be asked to: 1. Confirm your arrival time. 2. Complete the registration and pre-check-in through a dedicated link. This procedure is essential to receive the instructions and video for accessing the apartment, allowing for a fully independent check-in. To avoid any issues, it is crucial to complete the form no later than the day before your arrival. This ensures a seamless and hassle-free check-in experience.

In apartments with check-in in person, our staff will welcome you in person and help you access the apartment.

In some of our flats, we offer the convenience of a code access system which allows you to check in independently and without having to wait for our staff.
