You can also find our apartments on OTA platforms such as Booking.com and Airbnb, but we recommend booking directly to access exclusive benefits.

The minimum length of stay varies depending on the apartment chosen, availability, and time of year. During special events, such as the Salone del Mobile or Fashion Week, a longer minimum stay may be required. We recommend contacting our team to check availability and conditions for your desired period.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment methods depend on the selected rate and are always clearly indicated during the booking process, prior to confirmation.

Cancellation conditions vary depending on the selected rate. We offer flexible rates with free cancellation up to 5 or 30 days before arrival, depending on the type chosen, as well as a non-refundable rate at preferential conditions. All conditions are always clearly stated before booking confirmation. For any questions, our team is always available.

Changes are possible based on availability and the conditions of the booked rate. Please contact us as soon as possible by email or WhatsApp: we will do our best to find the most suitable solution for your needs.

Yes. By booking directly with Milan Retreats, you can access the best available rates, more flexible conditions, exclusive offers, and direct personalized assistance before, during, and after your stay. You will also be able to easily request additional services such as private transfers, access to the Private Spa, in-home chef, and other tailored experiences

Upon Your Arrival

For check-ins after 9:00 PM, a €20 surcharge applies, while for arrivals after midnight the surcharge is €40. Self check-in is currently not available.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. A late check-out can be requested and is subject to availability. If you’d like to stay in the city a little longer, you can leave your luggage free of charge at our Guest Hub.

Yes, we welcome families with great pleasure. Upon request, we provide a crib and high chair free of charge.

The online pre check-in form can be completed starting 48 hours before arrival. We recommend completing it in advance to make your arrival even quicker and smoother.

In-person check-in can take place at our Guest Hub, located at Via del Bollo 2, just steps from the Duomo, or directly at the apartment, by appointment. Our team will welcome you, show you around the apartment, and be available for any useful information about your stay. A valid ID is required for the registration process as required by current regulations.

You will receive all necessary access instructions via email 24 hours before your arrival, including self check-in details if applicable.

Standard check-in is available from 2:00 PM. An early check-in can be requested and is subject to availability. We recommend letting us know as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can leave your luggage free of charge at our Guest Hub and reach the apartment at the scheduled time.

Yes, we offer a free luggage storage service at our Guest Hub at Via del Bollo 2, just a short walk from the Duomo. The service is available 7 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and can be used both before check-in and after check-out, so you can explore Milan without any worries.

Yes, all our apartments are provided with high-quality, certified bed and bath linens, carefully selected. Towels, sheets, and bedspreads are included in the price of the stay.

Our apartments are designed to provide maximum comfort even during medium and long-term stays, remote work, and business trips, thanks to functional spaces, high-speed Wi-Fi, and fully equipped kitchens.

Our apartments are located in Milan’s most sought-after neighborhoods: Duomo, Brera, Navigli, Porta Romana, Cadorna, Repubblica-Centrale, Porta Venezia, Isola, and CityLife. Each area offers a unique atmosphere and privileged access to points of interest, nightlife, and Milan’s public transportation.

Daily cleaning service is not included by default.

Yes, all our apartments are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, included in the price of your stay. Access credentials are available inside the apartment. If you experience any connection issues, our team is always available to assist you.
